Women's Day: Is this the only day we must give respect and celebrate it?

Women's day we celebrate one day. But do you ever question about celebrating one day where we have the opportunity to make it bigger and celebrate it every day? In our society where women are treated sometimes like nothing but a thing to exploit we can give better security to the women and also we can give better protection. all we need to do is identify the real need of people and start working in the area where the women need real protection. Life of the women is very hard but very few can speak it aloud. They need protection and also they deserve our respect and everything that a man can get. We are really thankful to those who take their time and love their spouse and provide a helping hand to their woman. Just celebrating will not serve the purpose but making a real meaning out of it will definitely provide the values to other's life as well.     International Women's Day, 8th March 2020. Thank you for giving us the support, love and making our world
beautiful. We respect every roll that you play to make
our imperfect world look perfect. We love you all.

 Postpartum Depressed Mom

A recent search found that teenage moms are searching online help to get out from the depression. Motherhood is a gift to enjoy, not to feel depression. But these young moms at the age of 18 and just above finding it difficult to handle. It definitely creates a barrier between the newborn baby and the mother. It also hinders the working of the mom in every field.

But research found that only a few percents of depressed mom are searching the solution and rest either finding a way by itself or they are living a depressed life. Moms are searching ways to handle the depression with various questions asked online or going through already suggested ways in different web portal. Hypertension, depression may be the cause of food intake or consuming extra sodium.

It is very important that the baby gets the attention and care of a mother who can think properly for the newborn baby. But if the mother itself depressed then they may find it very difficult to take care of their baby in a proper way.

Now the moms are searching inexpensive solution on the net and what will be lesser expensive than doing meditation free of cost and get out from the depressed state. The holy land India is best known for its spiritual knowledge as well as meditation. So it is highly recommended that please all those moms those are depressed or any other person whose life is not smooth right now, do meditation as it gives you enough courage to fight the odds in your life.

Do We Have Idea About Our Daily Salt Intake: World Salt Awareness Week 2018

It always feels delicious when we put salt in the food. But how must is really essential for us? ‘5 Grams’ per day is recommended. But we are unknowingly taking extra slat that is hidden in some foods. Especially taking food outside, consuming fast food, packet food is the main cause of intake of extra salts. World Salt Awareness Week (March 12-18) is to be taken seriously and we must know the demerits of consuming extra salts. Some list of food items those are having hidden salt inside is Bread and rolls, Cold cuts and cured meats, Canned Soup, Canned or pickled foods, Spaghetti Sauce,  Frozen Dinners, Poultry and pork, Pizza, Breakfast cereal, Soda. Delicatessen meats (ham, salami, prosciutto, etc.), Breakfast cereals (e.g. Special K, Corn Flakes, Coco Pops), Tomato sauce, Soy sauce and Asian stir-fry sauces, Vegetable or meat stocks, Canned vegetables and legumes, Pasta sauce, Bread, Baked goods (muffins, cake, doughnuts, etc), Soup, Veggie burger patties, Cheese, Vegetable juice, Frozen meals, Wraps and bagels, Instant noodles and counting.

Taking salt means consuming extra sodium. So it becomes very much essential that we must neutralize the effect of sodium with the consuming of potassium. Some of the foods like Avocado, Acorn squash, Spinach, Sweet potato, Wild-caught salmon, Dried apricots, Pomegranate, Coconut water, White beans, Banana, Watermelon, Beets, Black & White Beans.

Intake of salt makes us more vulnerable to diseases like heart attack, high blood pressure, hypertension. Chances of getting these diseases are high if you are consuming salt from the childhood itself. Taking less salt is not only important but the quality of salt equally matters. every type of salts like rock salt, pink salt, black salt, crystal and salt flakes, the white salt having sodium in it and all is having more or less the same effect. But intake of sodium is also important for our body. But we must know how much.
Staying healthy is one of the most important parts of life. Because one member to feel bad in health make other members feel the same vibration. It was found that if one spouse is trying to make him or her for the other get the motivation to follow the healthy lifestyle. Life partners are also very much important for gaining weights too. It was seen that if one friend is doing gym it somehow influence other partner or friend to go and visit the gym and sometimes motivate enough to start the gym, which otherwise not possible without motivation. Staying healthy physically and mentally is equally important.
